VORTEX Poker is operated by Maxime de Chalendar. This policy explains the information used to operate the game and provide support.

Information processed

• Your in-game username, avatar, internal identifiers, virtual balance, game results, rewards, and account creation date.
• Purchase product and transaction identifiers supplied by Apple for validation and fraud prevention. VORTEX Poker does not receive your payment-card details.
• App interaction, device identifiers, approximate location, and diagnostic information supplied through analytics and platform services.
• IP address, request metadata, push-notification token, and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

Purposes and sharing

Information is used to run games, preserve progress, fulfill purchases, deliver notifications, measure and improve the app, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. It is shared only with processors needed for those purposes, including Apple, hosting providers, AWS, PieSocket, and Amplitude. VORTEX Poker does not use this information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Retention and choices

Game and purchase records are retained while needed to operate the account, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. Analytics and operational logs use provider-specific retention periods. To request access, correction, or deletion, email contact@vortexpoker.app. Some transaction and security records may be retained where legally required.

Children and transfers

The app is not directed to children. Information may be processed in countries where service providers operate, using the safeguards made available by those providers.
