Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of VORTEX Poker, operated by Maxime de Chalendar.

Entertainment only

VORTEX Poker simulates poker using virtual coins. Virtual coins and cosmetic items have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money, goods, services, or prizes. The app does not provide real-money gambling.

Accounts and conduct

You are responsible for activity associated with your device-based account. Do not exploit the service, automate play, interfere with other players, impersonate others, or use unlawful or abusive usernames.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund terms. Consumable virtual coins are fulfilled to the account that made the purchase. Non-consumable items remain subject to the account and platform behavior described in the app.

Availability

The service may change, experience interruptions, or be withdrawn. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve balances and entitlements, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
